Are you looking for a resource that provides practical tools for restoring your health?

Here’s my favorite: The Pearl Box by Sylvia Rogers. Sylvia has a B.S. in Nursing and a certificate in Nutrition. She’s worked as a Natural Health Practitioner and Herb Specialist for over 30 years and is a popular author and international speaker.

I’ve participated in Bible Studies with The Pearl Box three times. Each time, it deeply impacted my life. (Okay, okay. Truth is I’m the remedial kid. I needed to take it over a couple of times to get it.)

I took the suggestions in the book and ate better, resolved conflicts God’s way, and learned how to think and speak so that my neuropathways kicked into gear.

When I started out, I believed my own prayers for personal healing about 15% of the time. After working through The Pearl Box with a group, I had confidence in those prayers 85% of the time. I did the Bible Study again, and went up to 90%. After I took it once more, my confidence rose to 95%. This stuff works.

The 97-page Bible Study is divided into four parts:  physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Scripture and prayers comprise exercises which encourage us to take responsibility and make smart choices. Specific prayers are included to resolve layers of pain which hinder our growth, including prayers for trauma release. Each section has a practical checklist of challenges for the reader.

For sure, God is using Sylvia Rogers as a principal player in the healing community. She has a unique voice seasoned with experience and an active command of step-by-step processes needed for long-range solutions.

I know this is an older post, but I think the idea of using this book with a group would be wonderful! Could you tell me the format of the study? how many weeks and how much material did you cover each week?
    thank you!
