Keep it blank!

Written by on January 2, 2013

Here’s the number one strategy for getting more done this year:  leave blank spaces open in your schedule.

  • Blank spaces give you time to sort out Spirit-led and Spirit-driven priorities.
  • Blank spaces are open times in your schedule for the Holy Spirit to write on.
  • Blank spaces give you time to briefly jot down prayers of  gratitude and requests to God.
  • Blank spaces will reveal who to encourage! And often encouragement that goes around comes around. I love that part!

What are you leaving blank spaces for today?

Yes! I like how you added not only things to edify yourself, but to edify others as well. Sometimes it’s just what someone needs in their busy day.

Are you sure your name isn’t “Lynn Lucado”? Your writing is just as anointed, encouraging and true-life-applicable as Max’s…

I love you, my secret cott-age friend!!!

Cynthia, how sweet! Thank you for your kind words. From one author to another, your writing is just as anointed and encouraging. Can’t wait to see more!

what a great concept lynn! i really enjoy this. i will be leaving ‘blank spaces’ to work on finding a calm within myself. i can sometimes get overwhelmed with everything i have going on so it’s important for me to stay balanced so i can be a better wife/partner/sister/daughter/community member/social worker.

This really affirms the way I am
living life with the Lord. This
is what the H.S. has been nudging me into, and it is the
first time I have heard it from
    another believer. Thank you
    Lord Jesus for shaping Lynn
into a beautiful vessel of Yours.
