Hashtag #Christ

Written by on August 8, 2012

“Hashtag,” my computer screen said. I scratched my head, looking at my new Twitter account, trying to make heads or tails of it. “What could that be?” I said to myself. “Is that anything like a hash brown?”

When I asked around, I learned that a pound sign, “#,” is put before words in 1-line messages called Tweets, so others easily find messages on the topic. Want people to read your tweet about horses? Include a pound sign: “#horses.” How about apples? “#apples.”

Are we mentioning the Lord so He’s easy to access through our words and actions? In whatever we’re putting minds and souls to today, are we hashtagging our beloved #Christ?

This is great, Lynn! The hashtag makes it easy to spread the Word to even more people – because when they search they will find!

***Sorry I haven’t responded for a while now…been meaning too!***

    Great Stuff!
