The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual.
(1 Corinthians 15:46, NIV)
Today I’m excited to announce the winners of this year’s 45th Parallel Contest.
I absolutely loved this year’s entries. Thank you to all the contestants who captured the fresh life and love of the Father with images and words! Every one was beautiful and inspiring.
Congratulations to our winners:

My home in Portland, Oregon, lies on the 45th parallel, halfway between the North Pole and the equator. But you don’t have to live on this latitude to find adventure! When we ask the Holy Spirit if we can see the world with His eyes of fresh wonder, the supernatural world opens up in tangible ways. I challenge you to seek God-encounters in your everyday world, and discover their spiritual parallels.
Imagine the possibilities!
