I’m an award-winning author, speaker, and certified teacher. I write about discovering purpose in our journeys and releasing Holy Spirit joy!
My passion is activating the awareness of our identities in Christ and the explosive freedoms found in forgiveness. I’ve prayed with thousands of people one-on-one and serve on multiple intercessory teams in the Portland, Oregon area.
I’ve published devotions, articles, and poetry in numerous Christian periodicals and served on the staff of the Oregon Christian Writers for years.
My articles have appeared in Chicken Soup for the Soul, The Upper Room, The Secret Place, Pathways to God, LIVE, God’s Word for Today, Now What?, The Christian Journal, Breakthrough Intercessor, and the Christian Communicator.
I enjoy photography, writing poetry and songs based on Scripture, and hiking trails along Oregon streams.

My husband of 42 years, Tim, owns a software development business. Our marriage is empirical evidence of God’s sense of humor—an extrovert writer and musician married to an introverted Einstein who develops software and business analysis. We have three adult children and three precious grandchildren.
Bits and bytes about me
- I love acoustic guitar worship! I own a Martin guitar. I love to dance!
- I live in Portland, Oregon, USA. I often walk on the Columbia and Willamette Rivers. (Ok, not ON the rivers, but that's on my bucket list!)
- I partner with lots of angels. My guardian angel's name is Destiny!
